You should select a base plan based upon the maximum number of message credits that you expect to use during a month’s time. There is no “roll over” of base plan message credits. Each month you will be charged the base plan rate of the plan that you have selected, and your account will be topped off with a new start of your plan message credits. For example, if you have the Silver Plan and use 492 credits during the month, your account will start the next month with 500 message credits. The 8 unused message credits from the previous month do not “roll over” to the next month. In order to always use the maximum amount of included plan message credits you should select your plan accordingly. You can also upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
All plans include full access to all features of the Direct Contact Control Center, including SMS text, audio messaging to land line and cell phones, direct to cell phone voicemail, and QR code direct marketing features to name a few.
Additional, non-expiring message credit packages are available inside the Direct Contact Control Center.
Outbound and Inbound SMS text messages are only 1 message credit each.
Outbound audio messages to land lines or cell phones are 1.25 message credits per minute.
Outbound audio messages direct to cell phone voicemail are 1.75 message credits per minute.
