We have five different base plans available. The plans are tiered, based upon the number of monthly message credits that are included with the account. The more message credits that are included, the lower the cost per credit. Here are a few details that you should know to help select your plan:
You should select a base plan based upon the maximum number of message credits that you expect to use during a month’s time. There is full “roll over” of base plan message credits, which means that any unused message credits during a month will be available for use the following month. Each month you will be charged the base plan rate of the plan that you have selected, and your account will be topped off with the included plan message credits. For example, if you have the Silver Plan and use 492 message credits during the month, your account will start the next month with 508 message credits. The 8 unused message credits from the previous month “roll over” to the next month. In order to always use the maximum amount of included plan message credits you should select your plan accordingly. You can also upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
All plans include full access to all features of the Direct Contact Control Center, including SMS text, audio messaging to land line and cell phones, direct to cell phone voicemail, and QR code direct marketing features to name a few.
Additional, non-expiring “roll over” message credit packages are available inside the Direct Contact Control Center.
Outbound and Inbound SMS text messages are only 1 message credit each.
Outbound audio messages to land lines or cell phones are 1.25 message credits per minute.
Outbound audio messages direct to cell phone voicemail are 1.75 message credits per minute.

The Site Steering Direct Contact Control Center Bronze Plan is our most economical. It provides new clients with an easy, inexpensive way to start SMS text and direct contact marketing immediately.

The Site Steering Direct Contact Control Center Silver Plan is a great mid-sized plan. It provides clients with an ample supply of message credits and the per-credit price is reduced to less than 7 cents each.

The Site Steering Direct Contact Control Center Gold Plan is our most popular plan. The included message credits are sufficient for many small businesses that are building their subscriber base and maintaining moderate contact. The per-credit price is reduced to nearly 6 cents each.

The Site Steering Direct Contact Control Center Platinum Plan is geared toward our higher volume clients. If Platinum is not enough, you can upgrade to Platinum Elite from within your Direct Contact Control Center. The Platinum Plan provides a base message credit rate of only 5.6 cents each.

The Platinum Elite Plan provides a base message credit rate of only 5.0 cents each, and provides additional phone numbers for Group management and faster message delivery. And, if you need even faster delivery than Platinum Elite provides, you will find options in your Direct Contact Control Center to lift your message delivery to near short code speeds.
